5. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in separate agreements or invoices.
Payment terms: Net [15/30] days.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

The Company will maintain confidentiality of non-public information.
All materials and methodologies remain the Company’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services in question. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or third-party actions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. All work completed and outstanding invoices remain payable.

9. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
